Holy cow! We are now 74% funded in 7 days! YAY! ALMOST THERE! A huge thanks to anyone who backed or modified their pledges to help us get this far today!

Character Update!
Now that we are at 74%, it’s time for a character update!
Introducing: Michiko Yamaguchi, the Opera Singer
This wasn’t exactly what internationally acclaimed opera singer, Michiko had in mind when she signed up to do a 9-month tour of prestigious opera venues in the US. She had expected New York, Chicago, San Francisco …not Cypress Ridge!
Rehearsals are increasing running late as the cast and crew come down with a mysterious illness. On top of that, the director is completely unprofessional! He keeps staring off into the distance and she could have sworn yesterday he tried to take a bite out of her! This is NOT what a diva of her standing deserves! Trying and failing to reach her agent, Michiko decides she is going home; only to step out of her out of her dressing room to find the opera house overrun. One doesn’t get to the top by cowering in fear! She is determined to escape Cypress Ridge and doesn’t care who she needs to take out on the way back to fame and fortune.
A note for our Twitch people: Evan’s stream is canceled for tonight because of a bad cold, we hope to be back up and running by tomorrow!
Games we are Watching
Another game that caught our eye for mixing retro and modern style gameplay is the newly funded Titan Shell (congrats guys!) by Meatbag Studio. Inspired by classics, like Contra, and more recent entries into the video game universe, like Enter the Gungeon, Titan shell looks like it’s going to have both great gameplay and a good story. What’s not to like? 😊

No horror today but we still have something pretty cool. The outbreak series started as 2D, so we have great respect for any kind of 2D game trying to break into the market because we know it's not easy. Putting a spin on an established genre is even harder, so we think it is really cool what Evan Tor is trying to accomplish with Rebel Transmute.
Rebel Transmute is a 2D Metroidvania looking to have an expansive a world as possible, so instead of Alice in wonderland think like Seamus in Terraria. Check it out!

First up; our Launch Week Giveaway has concluded! We have a winner and you will be contacted via e-mail before the week is out!
We have a new giveaway this week for all you Stadians and Stadia curious backers, we are giving away a signed stadia premiere edition console. Follow the link below for details!
1) We ADDED an LIMITED EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT TIER for the signed Silver LRG #413 trading card at $20
2) We LOWERED the normal signed Silver LRG #413 trading card to $25.
3) We increased the # of Silver cards available in both tiers to 80 in total, $40 to each tier and we have dropped the price. Early Bird is now $20, Standard is $25.

We have gotten a lot of feedback in Evan's streams that you wonderful people are buying the other digital games in the Outbreak series on your preferred platform. That is fabulous and every little bit helps! However given the current situation, we would be much happier if the money could be used to support the kickstarter. With this in mind, The Outbreak Legacy Series 7 Digital Games ADD-ON is now available for new and existing pledgers.
This reward includes ALL 7 LEGACY OUTBREAK GAMES on your platform of choice (either PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, NINTENDO SWITCH, and Steam (Windows + Linux). It's priced at only $45 which is a killer deal for the legacy game series, and we'll be trying to get these codes out ASAP after the Kickstarter campaign ends. The games includes are Outbreak, Outbreak: The New Nightmare, Outbreak: The Nightmare Chronicles, Outbreak: Lost Hope, Outbreak: Epidemic, Outbreak: Endless Nightmares and Outbreak: Contagious Memories. Quick update: More add ons and some price drops

Hey Survivors!
Hope you are enjoying your weekend!(and to our survivors in the US, your long weekend!)
A very quick update for you today!
1) Price Drop: Early Bird and Standard Prices of the super limited GOLD LRG OC PS4 trading cards have been lowered dramatically. Early bird is $85, Normal is now $100.
2) We've added NEW ADD-ONS:
$10 - Add your name to your own gravestone in the Cypress Ridge cemetery, or add your name to the founders plaque in the Opera House. These will appear in-game and will be highly visible and readable
$28- Due to popular demand from the discord for us to add another T-Shirt we went ahead and did just that! We now have an Anime Chibi T-Shirt! Get the chibified version of the outbreak: shades of horror to wear with pride. This was actually added late yesterday, but I didn't tell anyone about it. If you have already scooped one up, good on you.

The fun thing about being indie creators on Kickstarter is getting to see all the cool things that other devs are working on. As horror survival fans ourselves, we were delighted to watch the trailer for Hollowbody, a sci-fi noir take on classic survival horror (think sci-fi Silent Hill!). Go take a look and let's get it funded because I really want to play this!
