Hey Survivors!

You know how they say the worst part is the wait? That's where were are right now!

We have just purchased out new development rig for Shades Horror and we are basically just staring at the tracking info willing it to get here faster.

Our surveys will be distributed through Backerkit and I am waiting for the final sign off from them before mass emailing you all.  You should have them in a few days!

In the downtime we have started basic character development.  Who will start where and have what kind of relationship with which level and we are trying to figure out how much control we want them so have over the environment.  It's a lot of paperwork, but Lore always is. 

Hope to have a more substantial update for you next time!

Hey Survivors,

First update in a little while!

Happy to report that we have been chugging away at those surveys and I hope to have them to you by the end of November! (Would have been sooner, but a bad case of bronchitis stopped both Evan and myself in our tracks for a week and we are still recovering).

The Firefighter has been named!  Say hello to Guy La Flamme!

Now that all the community characters have been named, we are moving on to development of the exclusive characters that were offered in our Kickstarter tiers. The info for our backers who very graciously decided to purchase one of these tiers will be collected in the survey, so sit tight friends!

If you are interested in playing the most recent chapter in the Outbreak series, a quick reminder that our wonderful overlords over at Limited Run have pre-orders up for the physical copies of Outbreak: Contagious Memories for PS5, Nintendo Switch and a special exclusive version with an alternative cover on the Amazon store! Pre-orders will be available until November 27, so you have a week left to buy a little piece of the Outbreak just for you! As of right now, the PS5 version is limited to just this printing, so this will be the only time a physical for the PS5 will be available.

Got questions about how were developing our levels? Where the character's starting points in the game are?  How the city of Cypress Ridge is handling toxic waste disposal and how that how that will effect your unfriendly neighborhood zombies? Hey Survivors,

There is not much to say right now, other than we have our noses to the grindstone working out surveys,  timeline, pipelines and the myriad out overlapping and connected objectives. I've worked in operations for most of my life so I live for this stuff XD. As soon as I have something concreate to share. I will pass it on to you!

Just wanted to let you all know that the name poll for the Mechanic is now closed. We are very happy to have Miranda "Hammer" Marquez on our team!

The entry post for to submit names for the pilot will be going up a little later today, and I hope to have the naming poll out by the end of this week. As always you can leave your submissions on the appropriate question here, and I will check the comments of this update for suggestions from the discord disinclined before I post the final poll.  If for whatever reason you don't feel comfortable in the discord, just leave for name suggestion as a reply to this update. We got your back!

Hey Survivors,

Very quick update! The name The Mechanic poll is up on now up on discord! There was a lot of interest in naming our mechanically inclined friend, more interest than there were poll options on discord. I did the best I could to reimagine and combine names so everyone could get their choices in.

You can go here to put in you vote, and the poll will be closed on Friday morning.
