Hey Survivors,

There is not much to say right now, other than we have our noses to the grindstone working out surveys,  timeline, pipelines and the myriad out overlapping and connected objectives. I've worked in operations for most of my life so I live for this stuff XD. As soon as I have something concreate to share. I will pass it on to you!

Just wanted to let you all know that the name poll for the Mechanic is now closed. We are very happy to have Miranda "Hammer" Marquez on our team!

The entry post for to submit names for the pilot will be going up a little later today, and I hope to have the naming poll out by the end of this week. As always you can leave your submissions on the appropriate question here, and I will check the comments of this update for suggestions from the discord disinclined before I post the final poll.  If for whatever reason you don't feel comfortable in the discord, just leave for name suggestion as a reply to this update. We got your back!

Hey Survivors,

Very quick update! The name The Mechanic poll is up on now up on discord! There was a lot of interest in naming our mechanically inclined friend, more interest than there were poll options on discord. I did the best I could to reimagine and combine names so everyone could get their choices in.

You can go here to put in you vote, and the poll will be closed on Friday morning.

Hey Survivors,

Did you miss us? It feels weird not coming up with a daily update for you anymore!

What we have been doing is figuring out timelines for everything. With Stadia closing its doors, we have had to pivot quickly to find a new cloud gaming platform, and that has shaken everything up a little bit.

We expect to be done figuring out preliminary timelines for development by mid-November and will have the surveys for rewards out to you by then. We want to make sure we can honor any timelines we give you and have a reliable pipeline set up for the delivery of your rewards.

If you bought a Stadia tier, don't worry! All those tiers are still able to be filled. You will get what you paid for!

 Since Stadia shut down, we are going to reconfigure some of the rewards so that you can receive them on the platform of your choice with an homage to the Stadia community. We are still working out all the details. We hope to have everything figured out by mid-November when we send out the surveys.

Evan will be streaming on our Twitch Channel tomorrow night at 7pm EST to answer questions, thoughts and comments regarding Outbreak and what happens next. Please drop by if you have questions! If you cannot make the stream the VOD will be up afterwards. If you are not Twitch inclined you can jump into our discord and ask us questions here

The College Student is…Tucker Lawson!

The poll for naming the College Student has closed! Our College Student is now named Tucker Lawson! The next character going up on the naming block is the Mechanic! We will be taking names suggestions in the #questions until Monday Morning EST. If you are not discord inclined, you can reply on this update and I will check it before putting up the poll.

And we are done! We are fully funded! The Outbreak is unleashed! 

Outbreak: Shades of Horror will be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series XIS and Steam for both Windows and Linux!

We want to thank all our backers and our wonderful discord community for helping make this happen! 

During the development phase we will be sending once a month updates. It will take us a little while to set up the surveys for the final rewards and we will let you know when that is all set up.
